Spending Christmas in this hotel was an amazing experience. the scenic views from the room were breathtaking and the infinity pool was stunning. the staff was friendly and made us feel at home with their warm greetings. We appreciated the complementary lemon and mint tea upon arrival. the location of the hotel was perfect; we were surrounded by a lot of castles that we could visit and explore. the kids enjoyed the pool and the parents enjoyed the view.
The food was average and could have been better. We were a little disappointed that the pool water was a bit cold, it would have been better if it was heated up.

Our Christmas holiday was a nice one. We enjoyed the stunning views from our cabin, especially at night. The location was great for hiking and exploring the nearby forts. The staff were friendly and attentive. We also appreciated the included breakfast and the option to have dinner at the on-site restaurant.
The cabin was a bit worn and could use some updates. The Wi-Fi was only available in the public areas, which was inconvenient.
